Testing

Upon its creation, Cemafroid resumed the testing activities developed by Cemagref. These activities were supplemented with new types of testing, verification and calibration.
Cemafroid laboratories are accredited by COFRAC for the main reference documents used and in particular, for all current standards used for cold chain equipment.

Cemafroid laboratories are able to:
validate the performance of a prototype
qualify products for a given use
carry out comparative tests
check the performance of operating equipment
calibrate measuring equipment

All measuring chains are connected to the national measurement standards and calibrated on a regular basis. Every laboratory has a guide to uncertainty of measurements and results.

Cemafroid also conducts specific tests based on testing protocols prepared by or with the client. Customer-supplier validation tests or tests for product classification according to performance.
For any service which does not appear in our catalogue, a specific feasibility study will be conducted by our laboratories. Thanks to the wide range of our equipment we are able to perform numerous tests.
