Cemafroid Authorities

Cemafroid is composed of a Comité de Surveillance (Supervision committee) chaired by Gérard Mathieu. This committee is directed by a Gérance (Managing Direction), managed by the SAS TECNEA represented by its President Gérald Cavalier.
Those authorities have replaced in 2010 the conseil d’administration (governing board) of the GIE Cemafroid which had directed the company from its creation in 2000 to its transformation in 2010 and the comité d’orientation (orientation committee) which gave its orientation.

Comité de surveillance

The 'Comité de Surveillance' established by the statutes of Cemafroid angles the works and lights up the decisions of the 'Gérance'. The members of the 'comité de surveillance' are natural persons named for a 3 year duration by decision of the associates. They elect a president for the mandate duration.
